Dragon’s Lair II is offering a four hour, intensive women’s self-defense seminar to teach and prepare women to protect themselves from predators. Women will walk away from the seminar with a new found confidence in protecting themselves in dangerous situations. The techniques will be basic and simple, taught in a manner that can easily be remembered in an intense situation. Our goal is to facilitate a safe learning environment where people can learn how to deal with threat without feeling threatened.
Skills that will be taught include, but are not limited to:
- Ways to avoid attacks
- How to keep yourself off the ground
- What to do if you do find yourself on the ground
- Dealing with attacks from behind and in front
- And more
Cost: $40 per person including a $10 non-refundable deposit to be made when you sign-up to hold your spot. Please sign-up early as we have a limited number of spots available.
