Northwest Prayer & Healing Seminar

Prayer Conference 2009

Palm Sunday Weekend (April 3-4 2009) we have an amazing opportunity.

Tim Vink, a successful church planter and the leader of our denomination's church planting movement, is leading a three day weekend of prayer, healing and deliverance.

The Promise and Challenge of this weekend:

"I tell you the truth, anyone who has faith in me will do what I have been doing. He will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father." (John 14:12).

Tim VinkTim Vink is an experienced church planter who currently leads the Reformed Church in America’s (RCA) church planting movement.  In this role he oversees the church-planting effort in the U.S. and Canada, working with about 100 parent churches in the eight RCA regions with the goal of launching 400 new churches by 2014.

Tim studied at Fuller Seminary where he was able to sit under the teachings of C. Peter Wagner, John Wimber and others.

In January 2002 Tim was used by God to began the Healing Rooms of Tulare, California.  This was founded with some 30 churches in the city that partnered to restore this divine truth and ministry to the body. As stories of healing and miracles began to mark his ministry, he was led to train others to see that the Kingdom of God is really at hand.

This is a movement of prayer, healing and deliverance that flows from a Christ-Centered view of life.

If Jesus’ Kingdom has truly come (and from the start Jesus told us that the Kingdom was at hand) then life is different. We are not alone and do not have to rely on our own power. The same Spirit that filled Jesus is here today to fill us as well.

This is not a “name-it & claim-it” conference.  The kingdom has come, but we are still waiting for Jesus’ second coming.  We are caught in a tension between the gifts we already have and the struggles that happen as we wait in the “not-yet”.

Join us for this weekend as we seek the fullness of the Spirit and every blessing of grace, power and healing that we can already enjoy from Jesus.
